Valianse Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Valianse. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If there’s any problem, we’re here to help with returns & exchanges under the conditions below.


1. Domestic Orders (India)

Timeframe for Returns / Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made outside these time limits may not be accepted.

Condition of Products

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • A clear unboxing / delivery video may be required in cases of damage, defects, or wrong item delivered, to verify the condition.

Process

  • Contact our Customer Support team via email valianse36@gmail.com with your order number, photos and reason for return/exchange.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location at no extra cost, subject to availability in your area.

  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your location, we may ask you to send the product using a reliable courier, at our directions.

Refund / Exchange Details

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

  • For refunds, unless otherwise stated:

    • For prepaid orders, the refund will be given back to the original payment method, minus any processing fees if applicable.

    • For COD orders, the amount paid minus COD charges will be refunded.

  • Refunds typically take 24-48 hours after we process them to reflect in your account; bank processing times may add extra delay.


2. Items & Categories Excluded

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Any item which shows signs of wear, damage (other than shipping damage), or misuse may be refused return or exchange.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours (for damage or wrong items) or within 7 days (for defects) after delivery.

  • Send an unboxing  video clearly showing the defect/ damage/ incorrect item.

  • Once verified, we’ll initiate a replacement, repair, or refund depending on what’s appropriate.


4. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  • Reach out to us at valianse36@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, reason for return/exchange, and clear video evidence.

  • Await our approval.

  • If approved, follow our instructions for pickup or shipping of the item back.

  • After we receive & inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or dispatch the exchanged item.


5. Other Terms

  • Only one reverse pickup per order will be provided.

  • Refunds will go back to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit if they do not use our arranged courier or if tracking is not provided, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any shipping fees paid originally are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/wrong size/defect).
