Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Processing Time: 

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed on Saturdays or national holidays are dispatched within 48 hours

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro cities: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

    • Non-metro / smaller towns: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fee:

    • Free shipping on all orders over ₹899.

    • For orders under ₹899, a shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for certain order values only.
     Example: Orders between ₹799 and ₹1999 are eligible for COD.

  • Orders outside this range may need to use prepaid payment methods.

  • Cash On Delivery Orders is charged at ₹100

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

  • If you notice any delay or issue, please contact us at valianse36@gmail.com with your order number.


4. Claims, Returns & Damaged Goods

  • If your order is lost in transit, please inform us within 07 days from the expected delivery date. We will initiate a replacement or refund process.

  • For damaged or defective items:

    • Please take an unboxing video showing the packaging and item condition immediately upon receipt.

    • Contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery with your order number & video evidence.

    • We will either replace the item or issue a refund after verification.

5. Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Valianse is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address correction or re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

6. Order Refusal / Return by Customer

  • If the customer refuses to accept the delivery for any reason, the shipping costs and return charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery may be delayed due to local courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other causes beyond our control.
